Ways to Contribute

Choose a track that fits your strengths. There will be opportunities to switch tracks throughout your time with us.

  • You’ll help:

    • Support recruitment and membership administration

    • Create induction materials for new team members

    • Contribute to internal policy and process documentation 

    You’ll gain: project/time management, organisational ops, HR admin, written communication

  • You’ll help:

    • Research and draft policy briefs and white papers

    • Analyse inclusive language strategies for diverse audiences

    • Support advocacy campaign development 

    You’ll gain: policy analysis methods, critical thinking, inclusive communication, report writing

  • You’ll help:

    • Plan and create content for social media campaigns

    • Write for the TBPI newsletter and website

    • Script for podcast, YouTube and media projects 

    You’ll gain: digital marketing, editing, brand communication, multi‑audience writing, podcast/video production

  • You’ll help:

    • Plan community events and panel discussions

    • Research and develop partnership opportunities

    • Manage RSVPs and on‑the‑day logistics 

    You’ll gain: event delivery, stakeholder management, networking, problem‑solving under deadlines

  • You’ll help:

    • Develop growth and funding strategies

    • Support rebranding initiatives and market research

    • Plan entrepreneurship‑focused events

  • Hybrid‑remote. Some activities (esp. events) may be London‑based.
